Meet The Family

OK. It’s now April 2008. Things have moved on… and I thought that rather than deleting this entry and just posting a new one, it might actually be better for my little ones to see the transition from old, to new.
So … I have decided to post an update… Rowan is 3 and a half exactly next Sunday (a week today) and Ella is 20 months old on Thursday. Two is fast approaching and it’s amazing.

This is Rowan looking quite old… about 3 weeks ago. Heavily engrossed in Peppa Pig. Naturally.

I just need any excuse to post this photo. I love it.

This is Ella at Starbucks last week when I was off work. She looks grumpy here and to be honest she wasn’t entirely in the best mood she’s ever been in… but this is such a funny photo, I just had to.

I played around with this portrait to get this bleached effect.

Me and Rowan. Cooking Easter Nests…. I think Rowan’s mind was on eating them rather than posing for the picture though.

I have just trawled through and the only photo I seem to have of me and Ella is this one. Doesn’t make it any less gorgeous as a picture but has made me think I need to take more of just me and her.

So another update in a year then I guess!

Rowan

Rowan is 2 years old - very cheeky and rather favouriting (?) the word No at the moment in answer to almost any question apart from ‘do you want a biscuit?’ .. fun

This is her on Christmas Morning opening her Fifi and the Flowertot PJs.

Ella

Ella is nearly 5 months old and was born in mid August. She’s an angel baby and sleeps practically all day - it virtually got to the stage one day where we had to wake her up to feed her!! This was another special year seeing her first Christmas.
