The weirdness of bitchiness.

*Hot Chicken Soup

Whilst we were in Egypt we went to see the gorgeous and stunning Hatshepsut’s temple. It was the scene of a terrorist attack in 1997 and since that time Tourist police have been employed to be present at every major and minor tourist attraction in the whole country.

The day we got there…

We flew from Heathrow and arrived at Cairo Airport about 5ish their time I think - they’re just 2 hours ahead. We checked into The Sofitel Maadi Towers, a pleasant enough city centre hotel. It wasn’t flash but it was fine as a resting place for the nights.

A little taster

This is the first view we had - holiday of a lifetime and we were on our way.
We got chatting to the cabin crew at the start and told them it was our honeymoon and halfway through the flight they arrived with BMI 1st class goodie bags and two glasses of champagne, chocolates and two [...]
