Any of you that know my daughters will know that one of them has a particular friend in a small, cuddly monkey.
Called … Monkey.
We got back from honeymoon and settled back in at home on Thursday.
After all the traveling the girls did whilst we were away, Monkey made it in one piece backwards and forwards [...]

We flew from Heathrow and arrived at Cairo Airport about 5ish their time I think - they’re just 2 hours ahead. We checked into The Sofitel Maadi Towers, a pleasant enough city centre hotel. It wasn’t flash but it was fine as a resting place for the nights.
This was the view from the balcony though [...]

This is the first view we had - holiday of a lifetime and we were on our way.
We got chatting to the cabin crew at the start and told them it was our honeymoon and halfway through the flight they arrived with BMI 1st class goodie bags and two glasses of champagne, chocolates and two [...]

Update to follow - just settling in with the girlies and getting back to normality… off back to our house tomorrow and then I shall get a mammoth update ready for you!!!
